We do have a turnaround time frame of 20 working days. This is before postage times. If you have not received you order in the specified time frame, please contact us asap and we will assess the situation right away.
Postage is with Australia Post so generally 2-10 days. This is after the turnaround time frame of up to 20 working days. This is
not express. This does not include public holidays, busy periods like Christmas
If you have simply had a change of mind please return the item/s within the 14 day timeframe. We will be more than happy to change the item/s if they are in original packaging and unworn and has no damage. Contact us and tell us your order number, contact details and what item/s you wish to change and what items you want to change them too. Tiny Outlaws will not be responsible for returns postage or items getting lost in the post. Please think about sending with tracking. Please not we will not change items that are the following; personalised clothing, sale items and gift vouchers.
If your item/s are damaged not due to you fault as a customer, please contact us before 14 days. Once your return is received and inspected,
we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will
be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or
original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Tiny Outlaws will not be responsible for returns postage or items getting lost in the post. Please think about sending with tracking. Turnaround is how long it will take from the time you order you item/s to the time they are completed and ready to be shipped.
Due to the time it takes to personalise and make our clothing
there is a turnaround time of 20 working days. This does not include postage time. In peak times such as seasonal holidays or celebrations this will increase. If
you are wanting your order sooner than the turnaround timeframe please contact
us at email@example.com and we will happy to attend to your request as
best as we can. Please note that this may include a rush fee.
